The app creates songs, lyrics and cover images with artificial intelligence based on what you enter. AI results can be unexpected, imperfect or similar to existing works, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
You are responsible for the ideas and lyrics you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights (for example copyrighted lyrics or a real artist's identity). We may refuse or remove such requests.
Songs are created with Records. Records can be bought in packs or come with a premium subscription. Payments are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy and applicable law. Records have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
The free version shows ads. You can watch an optional rewarded video to receive a free Record where offered.
Do not misuse the app, try to break or overload it, or use it to create content that harms others.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Happy People Apps is not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from use of AI-generated content.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
