This policy explains what information the HitMaker AI: Song Creator app ("HitMaker", "the app") collects, why, and what choices you have. The app is published on Google Play by Happy People Apps ("we", "us"). Contact: happypeoplesh22@gmail.com.

1. No registration

You do not create an account with a name, email or password. When you open the app for the first time, it receives a random anonymous user ID (Firebase Authentication by Google). This ID connects your songs and your Records balance to your device.

2. Information we process

Please do not enter sensitive personal information (health, political views, other people's private data) into song ideas or lyrics.

3. Service providers

We use these providers to run the app. They process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore) – anonymous login and storage of your songs and balance.
Google Gemini API – AI generation of lyrics, music and cover images.
Cloudflare R2 – storage of generated audio files.
Render – hosting of our server that connects the app to these services.
Google Play Billing and RevenueCat – processing and verifying purchases and subscriptions.
Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform – ads and the consent message shown to users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland.

4. Ads and consent

The app shows ads through Google AdMob. Where required by law (EEA, UK, Switzerland), the app asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later in the app settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings › Google › Ads).

5. How long we keep data

Songs and your balance are kept while you use the app. You can delete songs in the app at any time. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete your songs, balance and anonymous ID from our servers within 30 days (see Delete your data). Purchase records may be kept as long as required by tax and accounting law.

6. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our servers is limited to the people who maintain the app.

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to happypeoplesh22@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
